"Many Real Estate Professionals fail to perform a regular ‘Mind Dump’; and believe or not this will clog your Creativity. A ‘Mind Dump’ is simple to perform, and is best done on a weekly basis; find a quiet spot where you can be undisturbed for at least 10 to 20 minutes; make sure you are not distracted by any device; have something to write with and write fast; and simply ‘dump’ everything that pops in your head. Do not analyze it, do not act on it, do not organize, do not panic, just keep writing. Your mind will tell you all your broken promises, all your forgotten commitments, and will help you re-center yourself."

Sharpen your presentation skills; Prospect daily; Start your day early with purpose; Laugh a lot; Be courageous in the face of No’s; and Read good books in sales and motivation. You will get Yes’s to your Sales Presentations because you are good at what you do, focused, deliberate, self-motivated, and responsible to yourself first!
