2022 is upon us and our Carolinas EXIT Brokers must anchor their Action Plans with proper Recruiting; Systems Management; Administrative Direction; Listings’ Growth; Leadership; and Market share. Running a Real Estate Brokerage is a demanding endeavor and not for faint of hearts, and when Vision is anchored in proper Systems Growth has a chance to get hold. Join us at this unique Live In-Person Business Planning Strategy and Retreat to put together a Strategic Action Plan for 2022.

Saturday, November 13th, from 8am to 3pm

☐  3:00pm to 4:00pm: Part 1 of Friday Session then a 15’ break.

☐  4:15pm to 5:30pm: Part 2 of Friday Session.

☐  Social Gathering organized by Michael Washburn.


☐  8:00am to 8:30am: Light Morning breakfast.

☐  8:30am to 10:00am: Part 3 Saturday Session followed by 30’ break.

☐  10:30am to 12:00pm: Part 4 of Saturday Session then 1h lunch.

☐  1:00pm to 3:00pm: Part 5 and Final Session of Program.
