Kevin Ahearn and Key Yessaad just finished session 5 through 8 of the i-FASTtTRAC Real Estate Training Program. Kevin focused on Prioritized/Proactive Prospecting with an emphasis on Open Houses, Farming, For Sale By Owners, and the importance of Just-Listed Just-Sold Postcards in generating new Real Estate Listings.
Key took the topics of Internet Marketing focusing on the Psychology of Search, How Web Crawlers work, and the importance of an Internet Marketing Bio that is properly Written, Linked, and disbursed.
Week 5 of the program starts Monday July 1st with sessions 9, 10, and 11, and for 3 days Kevin and I will push our Agents towards prospecting both on the Internet and in person; Kevin will start with Expired Listings and how to work them strategically, then onto Building a Referral Business Program, and how to effectively convert Leads. Key will share the ingredients of a Proper Web Container, commonly called websites, and the 12 MUST Ingredients and tools they must have for High Visibility and SEO.
During week 3 of the trainings Kevin and I released 10 news How-To Videos for additional learning and helping the agents absorb strategic ideas at their own pace; this combination of Live Training and How-To Videos is working very well for the agents who apply their new Real Estate Learning properly to generate more listings and more business.
