The Goals of being a Successful Entrepreneur need to resonate with your values, and stretch you beyond what you are capable of. If you are able to run the same routine, day in and day out, and make the income you want – You Do Not Need Goals. In fact not everyone should be striving to go to the moon and it is absolutely fine; but if you have the aspiration of becoming Successful in Real Estate you better know your objectives. A Real Estate Career is Not a job, it creates jobs; You Must set goals and here is an easy way of setting effective goals – a method that has been tried and true; The SMART Method: It is a good mnemonic that has many variations; SMART standing for: S - Specific (or Significant); M - Measurable (or Meaningful); A - Attainable (or Action-Oriented); R - Relevant (or Rewarding); and T - Time-bound (or Trackable). Don’t go overboard with too many Goals but once you set them break them down into manageable tasks and go to work on making your dreams come true!
