In this 2’:45” video we will learn one of the most important aspect of framing people when taking pictures of them as well as video. It is called the Rule of Thirds and it explains where best to position the eyes and head of yourself or of those you are shooting in the frame of your Camera or Smartphone. This process is called Framing People and Objects, but it is most important when involving people.
The instructor in this video (unfortunately I do not know his name) explains proper head to toe framing of subjects being videographed from far away to very close up shots. It is important to keep your eyes on the eyes of the subject and keeping them in the top third of the frame following the Rule of Thirds, and to also not cut your subjects of at awkward joints.
