EXIT Broker Owner Training (BOT) has been augmented by an additional 6 Live Zoom Sessions, called “The 7-Week Post-BOT Course.” The descriptive title being: “The Fundamental Principles and Mindset of Brokers’ Growth and Agents’ Success.” EXIT Mind-Set Trainers, Stan Bishop and Key Yessaad, alternate week after week to work with Brokers one week and Agents the other on 6 important topics of Growth and Success.

This Course is available to all EXIT Franchisees and paid by EXIT Realty Corp International. EXIT Franchisees and Brokers must attend Broker Owner Training and participate in all Sessions of the Training to become eligible. During Stan and Key first Session at BOT you will design a Mission Statement for your Brokerage; create 6 Value Propositions for why Agents should join your Brokerage; and finally complete a Comprehensive 2023 Brokerage Business Planning Activity Worksheet.

 
  • Total of 7 Live Sessions - 3 Delivered by Stan, 3 by Key, and 1 for Brokers with Both.
  • Brokers’ In-Person Session 1 with Stan: US BOT Mar 29th or CAN BOT Apr 19th
  • Other Brokers Only Sessions: Wed 5/3; and 5/17 at 1pm EST (12Noon CST.) - Live Zoom.
  • Agents’ 3 Live Sessions: Wed 4/26; 5/10; and 5/24 at 1pm EST (12Noon CST.)
  • Session 7 for Brokers Only with Stan and Key Wed 5/31 at 1pm EST (12Noon CST.)
  • All Live Sessions are 1-Hour each - Log-in at 12:45pm EST (11:45am CST.)
  • Brokers MUST Attend All Days and All Sessions of BOT in Person.

US BOT Brokers MUST Register by Friday, April 14th 5pm; CAN BOT Brokers MUST Register by Monday, April 24th 5pm. MUST have Attended All Sessions and All Days of March or April 2023 Broker Owner Trainings (BOT).
This form must be filled out by the Franchise Owner, Managing Broker, or Administrator of the Office at the Direction of the Franchisee. Only one (1) Registration per Office.
