The Regional Franchisees of Exit MidSouth Realty are inviting their Exit Brokers in Tennessee in and around Nashville and Mount Juliet and their Exit Realty Professionals to attend a Strategy Training on Real Estate Blogging Marketing September 3rd, 2009. Going beyond understanding Websites and into a plan of action that drives Google Visibility and Results!!! (PDF Link)

The Original name of the course was “Google Loves Bloggers,” to reveal the fact that if your blog posts are written properly and placed in the right venues your visibility and that of your website would increase... In fact, wouldn't you agree that Page 1 of Google is crucial to your success?

(Best of all you don't even need a website to make this Strategy work!!! Cool Huh?!!)

The questions a Real Estate Professional should help their Real Estate Buyers and Sellers answer are the following:

“How can I tell that you have expertise in your Real Estate Market?”

“Can I validate you online and “Google You” with Buzz around your Market expertise?”

“Is the information I find online about you fluff or substance?”

From Nashville: Take I-40 east towards Knoxville Take Exit 226A (Mt. Juliet) and merge onto S. Mt. Juliet Road Drive... From Mt. Juliet Rd (assuming you are heading South), turn Left at Providence Parkway. This is where the Holiday Inn Express and Kroger are located. Travel 1/2 mile and the road ends at Providence Trail....turn Right on Providence Trail. Travel 2 miles and turn right into the community entrance where the waterfall is. Final destination is the Clubhouse thru gate on right Tell Guard that you are there for EXIT Training at the Clubhouse.

Duration: 5 to 6 hours – lots of breaks will be offered. (9:30am to 3:30pm)

How expensive is this whole strategy? Think time, perseverance, and elbow grease...
