Integration, or the ‘i’ in i-FAStTRAC Real Estate Training, deals with the reality that Marketing in Real Estate is no longer divided into neat boxes of traditional versus Internet based; or that the activity of Prospecting in person is detached from the activity of Blogging in one’s website. It is the illusion of this separation of activities that keeps forcing our agents and brokers into buying more and mores services rather than looking at the whole and strategizing to generate more listings and more sales. The Consumer Online is no different than the consumer in person, but the way our Real Estate Agents interact with them requires an understanding that the Incubation Stage (web based) is gentler than The Deal Stage (in person), which is frantic.
