Marketing that is manipulative tends to be driven by complexity, difficulty, or gimmickry; solution-driven marketing tends to be nurtured by Simplicity, Clarity, and ease of use. Many Website vendors desire to convey that Real Estate Agents don’t have what it takes to understand Internet Marketing and SEO; they do so to hide that their interest is selling pseudo services, rather than true solutions – Agents must learn to ask a lot of questions. Charles Mingus said it best: ‘Making the simple complicated is commonplace; making the complicated simple, awesomely simple, that's creativity.’
