In the Real Estate Estate Business Agents become successful when they start closing deals; this is obvious – the fruit of their labor are only collected once a property changes hands; in other words agents are paid on commission and this can be quite stressful. 2. “Process” is in your control – it is driven by systems and good habits. Develop Methodical Plans that you implement regularly.

3. You can only foster the conditions that lead to a “Closing”, or “Outcome” – but you cannot force it. Accept what is in your control and what isn’t.
