Today, I have the good fortune to be headed to Charlotte North Carolina to Speak at an Awards Ceremony for EXIT Realty of the Carolinas; along with Floyd Wickman and Steve Morris.

My Talk today will be short and focused on “Internet Hubs” – also known as “Members Driven Websites.” I shall write a blog about this topic in the near future – in this blog instead I want to use Floyd and his talk at EXIT Realty Annual Convention.

Education without Application is worse than Worthless

In this video Floyd touches on an important aspect of what I do – The Intellect that gets you to understand the business tools of success, including creating your goals, and having clarity about your future is NOT enough if it is only learned – it needs to be applied daily!!!

In my world I focus on Internet Marketing and Results Driven Websites – at the end of all my workshops I give you a Plan of action and a 6-week Buddy – it is in the application that your results will blossom. Your 6-week buddy helps you start the process of working with someone else; and as you take care of them, and they do the same with you the fear of the Internet and blogs starts evaporating – You start realizing that you are a Storyteller full of ideas and creativity; you start removing the pseudo barriers put there by other vendors who wish you to pay pay pay and remain dependent on them.
