Key Yessaad training in Charlotte NC at Exit of the Carolinas Annual AwardsMarch 6th, 2009 – Charlotte, NC: Michael Washburn, The Franchise Owner of the Carolinas, invited me to train in Charlotte at the yearly Exit of The Carolinas Awards Gala; a treat for me since I got to spend time with Bob McKinnon, a Real Estate Mentor of mine, and Tami Bonnel the CEO of Exit Realty. I strived to inspire and train the agents – and I left inspired by the Brokers and Realtors Commitment and Vision… Our economy is having its share of challenges, and Real Estate has been tested for over a year, but the tenacity of the Exit Brokers and Realtors blew me away… The desire to succeed and serve the Real Estate Consumer is alive and well, and Exit Realty Agencies in the Carolinas are up to the challenge!!!

Bob McKinnon's training focused the agents on the essential drive for competence and the necessity for reflection. He was rounded out with the theme of Attraction by Tami Bonnell which starts with an Appraisal of oneself, and leads to the fulfillment of the Needs of those we serve and care about.

Real Estate Blogging Strategy Training Session Details:

I designed this Seminar as a Real Estate Strategy for Visibility, Expertise, and Search Engine Ranking. You will learn the following:

  1. What is Blogging? – Very short time spent on this topic because the strategy is more important than the why.
     
  2. Why should Realtors Blog? Do I really need to learn how to Blog?
     
  3. How are successful Real Estate Agents using this medium to position themselves?
     
  4. Where should I blog? My website right? not really!!!
     
  5. What should I blog about? And how often?
     
  6. What if the format of a good blog? At least can you get me started…? Do I have to become a writer? How about links?
     
  7. What does all this have to do with Google? Is this SEO? (Could you explain SEO briefly for us?)
     
  8. How much programming should I learn? (Let me give you the answer right here – ZERO!!!)
     
  9. How expensive is this whole strategy? Think time, perseverance, and elbow grease...
     
  10. How can my assistant help me with this?
     
  11. Does this strategy really work? And how fast? Can you show us examples?

Exit Real Estate Consultants Lexington South CarolinaExit Real Estate Consultants in Lexington South Carolina is on the move; this small agency came in the top 10 of their MLS at number 9 with nearly 2.8 Millions in Sales in February. In fact the actual numbers were higher and above $4 Millions but not in the MLS as of reporting day. Craig Summerall and Joseph Piccinini made a conscious effort to emphasize training for their agency by participating in a series of training that enables their agents to be productive.
