Internet Marketing is a task driven by the desire to offer the highest visibility – in fact Real Estate Professionals must understand that they are hired first and foremost to offer the Biggest Market and the best Strategies to Facilitate the Sale of Homes. I use the term facilitate because the true transaction is occurring between Buyers and Sellers – and good agents understand this fact; for the longest many Real Estate Practitioners thought they were the most important aspect of the transaction.

In order to enhance their Internet Marketing Strategies many savvy Agents Blog consistently but sometimes they forget to use Blogs driven by pictures. These types of Blogs are very easy and they require only a few ingredients:

1. A short paragraph describing the theme of the photos being included.

2. Each Photo Must have a Clear Caption – a Sentence that describes it clearly.

3. Each Photo must have an Alt-Tag – which is the Alternate Text for Images. This is an important Tag, it was designed to help visually impaired readers hear the alt text in place of the image. It is also used now by Search Engines to categorize and Index your pictures. Whenever you are adding pictures to your Blogs, go to the Image Properties and add a description to the “Alternate Text” field.

Hint: This Alternate Text field is very important for your SEO visibility.

4. The last ingredient is a wrap up of the Photo Blog with a additional Links in your website for additional photos, or related pages and blogs.

Hint: Neighborhoods, Subdivisions, and Communities make for good Photo Blogs. Get in your car, drive around a community, and take pictures and share them in your photo Blog.
