Real Estate Web & Blogging Intensive - Charleston Real Estate Training Wed February 4th, 2009The training is designed to help Realtors and Brokers devise an Internet and Blogging Strategy that produces results and transcends the arduous jargon that floats around the Real Estate Industry. Real Estate Professionals understand that having a successful Web presence is important but getting the right ideas and habits are few and far between… this course intends to answer the fundamental questions and offers a Plan of Action that Realtors can trust to design an organic Real Estate Internet Strategy driven by the needs of their Buyers and Sellers. This is a true Real Estate Training - nothing will be sold nor does the trainer affiliate with any vendors.

Real Estate Internet Strategy exceeds the design needs of your website…

Real Estate Internet StrategyIt never fails… As a Real Estate Web Strategist, Brokers and Realtors seek my opinion and consent on the look of their websites… and I do understand their need for such an assessment... After all we all seek validation…

Deep down I want to tell them: “I don’t care; it matters little;” but I don’t have the heart to be that blunt… After all, as a trainer and coach, I am driven to inspire Realtors to produce Results on the internet!!!

So what is the truth???

Design and Aesthetics do matter… But if you are lacking function and strategy the exercise is for NOT!!!

If your efforts don’t lead to Google Visibility then you are worried about being “liked” and not focused on what your Buyers, Sellers, and Search Engines care for most!!! (In fact, I say: “Google forces you to take care of your clients… so, will you?”)

Your Real Estate Strategy must lead to Google and back to your Real Estate Tools and Services, the ones your customers are craving… So please talk about design and looks, and do get excited when your logo and your photo look good, but let’s not pretend that’s The Journey you are supposed to undertake to succeed online…

I hate the term SEO, Search Engine Optimization, because it leads many to think that Internet Visibility is a rigged game… but time and time again I have proven to brokers and realtors that such visibility is organic… so ask yourself: how can I serve my buyers and sellers in my local Real Estate Market… emphasis on “Local…”

So are you asking such questions?

As a previous Art Director for an advertising Agency in New York City with 10 years of experience I am here to tell you that most Realtors and Brokers are focused on the wrong thing… do you want me to share a secret with you… you are not going to like it… but if you have read this far then I owe you that much… Advertisers and Marketers understand that Real Estate Professionals are vane: “Their ego is bigger than their business…” so if you want to sell them something show them goods and services that promote their name, pictures, and egos and they will pay you a bundle of money… in fact many of them are told and believe: “The Real Estate Business is about the Realtor – not the customers…”

Am I right?

The days of the web being about your ego are over unfortunately… The internet pays those who serve their Buyers and Sellers with Internet tools that are localized and lead to the satisfaction of the user… and at the heart of it is Google… Are you trained to go beyond your ego???

So is this Blog Self-serving… YES!!!

I want your broker to hire to train you on the right Web Strategy… and ask you to be as candid with your clients as I am with you… they can read your intention anyway… so be competent and honest!!! Ask the Realtors and Brokers who have attended my Training Seminars and you will understand that they are in touch with something larger than products and vendors...

Realtor Training Seminar Thursday 1/22/2009

The Brokers of Exit Realty in Columbia and Lexington South Carolina, Ed Flowers, Brandon Liles, Joe Nester, Lowell Sloan, and Craig Summerall are bringing Key Yessaad to hold a special training on Real Estate Web Strategy January 22nd, 2009.

Columbia SC Real Estate Web Strategy TrainingThe training is designed to help Realtors and Brokers design an Internet Strategy that produces results and transcends the arduous jargon that floats around the Real Estate Industry. Realtors understand that having a successful Web presence is important but getting the right ideas and habits are few and far in between… this course is designed to answer the fundamental questions and offers a Plan of Action that Real Estate Professionals can trust to design an organic Internet Strategy driven by the needs of their Buyers and Sellers. A syllabus of the course follows.

Location: Agape Village
Village Community Center - 128 Agape Village Ct., West Columbia, SC 29169

Date: Thursday, January 22nd, 2009 – 9:30am (please start arriving at 9am)

Duration: 4 hours – ample breaks will be offered.

Cost: $45 (please make checks payable to: Key Yessaad and hand them to your broker. I asked them to hold the checks until I have delivered the training.)

Going beyond the Jargon and into a Successful Internet Real Estate Strategy

Do you plan to get a website? Do you have a website that’s stagnant? Do you feel overwhelmed with the whole endeavor? This is the Seminar for you... many of you have sluggish web strategies that are not producing any results... so what to do?

I designed this course to go beyond the mere discussion of need; to the design of a Real Estate Web Strategy that drives traffic and results. You will leave empowered and with a plan of action and a full-understanding of what is currently happening in the realm of Real Estate Websites.

I am Vendor-Agnostic and will share with you what I have seen work; I will show you what to demand from your vendor and will help you make the right decision. It is not the Vendor that matters; it is your habits and discipline I am going to focus on...

This course was designed to enhance the ability of Real Estate Professionals to compete in an ever increasing spirited Internet Landscape…

This course used to be called: "I don't have a Web Strategy – How do I get started?" It has now evolved to include all the major topics of Real Estate Internet Strategies. Bring your assistant, your web guru, your cousin Vinnie who dabbles in websites – they will learn how to help you focus on the most important part about having a Real Estate website. Realtor Websites are of a different nature than regular ones – I will explain all this in the class…

I will cover the following topics in the Seminar:

  1. Should you get a Real Estate website? And why?
     
  2. How do you select the best Web Services Company? What are the important tools of a Real Estate Website?
     
  3. Domain Names: How do I get one? Where and How much?
    Should I get more than one? And why? How do I hook them up together?
     
  4. How do I get started?
    Will I be able to understand the Web jargon? (Let me give you the answer: Yes)
     
  5. How expensive is it going to be? (I will show you how to get started for FREE!)
     
  6. How much work will I have to put in? Is it worth the effort? And how often?
     
  7. What is IDX? And do I need it? Shouldn’t I just use my MLS IDX? And What is Sticky IDX?
     
  8. How about Blogging? Is it important?
     
  9. How can my Assistant help me grow my website?
     
  10. What are Pay-per-clicks? Do they Work and generate leads?

Exit Realtors in Charlotte NC Start year with a 6-hour Real Estate Web Strategy Training

Key Yessaad - Real Estate Web Strategy in Charlotte NC 1/6/2009Exit Realty Advantage of Charlotte North Carolina hosted a Web Strategy training 1/6/2009 led by Key Yessaad and well-attended by 27 Realtors from the region. The training focused on Internet Marketing and strategies for critical “Google Positioning” and of the removal of the illusion that marketing and Internet marketing are two separate entities. Windi Brady and her office Exit Realty Advantage were the driving force behind this training; participating from the host office were: David Brenizer, Debbie Brewer, John C. Martin, Paris Michelle Morgan, and Nancy Winters. The office of John Byers, Exit Realty South, brought seven agents: Debby Byers, Krista Cutler, Tamera Foxx, Shirley Ghorshi, Karen R. Gillespie, and Joan Hileman. Kimberlye B. Privette, of Exit Home Team Realty, was joined by four realtors: Cassandra Brunson, Shannon Griffith, Sonya Leonard, and Lori Marlow.
